The Orville Wright Townehouse
This 1400 square foot unit, which is the twin to the Wilbur Wright, is one of only three townhouse units in the building. Located in the front of the building, directly across from the Dayton Dragons’ ballpark, this loft has a spiral staircase connecting the first floor to the lower level. This unit is unique in a number of ways. It’s one of two units that have a separate entrance on the front of the building, providing more of a “front door” private identity to this apartment. As you enter this residence, you’ll cross over a hand-railed “bridge”, which leads to the living room and provides a dramatic view into the lower level of your home. The two bedrooms are located away from the main living space, in the lower level. This unit also has two full bathrooms, generous amounts of windows on each level, and expansive brick walls. Bamboo hardwood flooring, carpet or Marmoleum ® cover the floors of various rooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with Frigidaire appliances: range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stacked washer/dryer combinations are furnished. There is even a mobile island cabinet, topped with the same slate-like material as the kitchen counters. Each unit is separately metered for electricity and natural gas. Water is free. Fenced, assigned parking spaces (2 per unit) are included with each unit. This townehouse has a complete and totally unobstructed view of the Dayton Dragons’ ballpark. Security is ensured by the card key access system, as well as the video-intercom system at the front door. |
