The General Arthur St. Clair Loft
One of the premiere units in the building, this loft is a generously sized 1100 square foot, two bedroom, two bath unit on the top floor of the building. Views include the entirety of the Dayton Dragons’ ballpark, including the giant Trinitron scoreboard, and the Riverscape fountains, giving a “penthouse” feel to the loft. The city’s annual fireworks display can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own living room. Soaring 15 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls and beautiful wooden structural columns complement the living space. Bamboo hardwood floors abound. Natural light washes every room through the large operable windows which line the exterior walls. The large living room opens to the adjoining kitchen, floored in Marmoleum ®, and features all Frigidaire appliances (range, refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher), as well as a mobile island cabinet, topped with the same slate-like material as the countertops. A stacked washer/dryer combo is also furnished. Utilities are metered separately for every unit (electricity and natural gas, water is free).
