The Jonathan Dayton Loft
In a building full of unique living spaces, the Dayton is one of the more interesting. To make up for the lack of a ballpark view, we’ve enhanced this dynamic 1100 square foot top-floor loft with interesting architectural features. This loft has 15 foot ceilings throughout, and spans the entire length of the building’s south wall. This south orientation provides long expanses of exposed brick walls in every room, and provides day-long sunshine from the large energy efficient windows. Features include a large living room with bamboo hardwood flooring, exposed wooden columns, a well-appointed Marmoleum ® floored kitchen, complete with all Frigidaire appliances (range, refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher) and a mobile island/cabinet for work area and storage space. (topped in the same slate-like material as the kitchen countertops. Two nice-sized carpeted bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry area complete with stacked washer/dryer combo and more than ample closet space round out this unit. Fenced assigned parking (2 spaces per unit) are available. Every unit has separately metered utilities (electricity and natural gas, water is free). Security is ensured by the card key access system and the video/intercom at the front doors. |
