The Robert Patterson Loft
The Patterson unit is a “flat”, located on the third floor facing the Dayton Dragons’ stadium. This spacious unit feels much larger than its 1000 square feet of living space. You’ll enjoy the wide open floor plan, 13 foot ceilings, exposed spiral ductwork, and the full dramatic view of the ballpark. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft apartment. Bamboo hardwood flooring, carpet and Marmoleum ® cover the various floors, showing them off to good advantage. The kitchen features all Frigidaire appliances (refrigerator, range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and stacked washer/dryer combos). A mobile island cabinet gives added flexibility in the kitchen, and is topped with the same slate-like material as the countertops. The space is flooded with natural light from an array of large, operable windows throughout this loft – two in the master bedroom, one in the kitchen, three in the living room, and one in the second bedroom.
