The Manhattan Loft
The Manhattan is located on the third floor, west wall, and is the only studio apartment in the building. This unique unit is typical of the true “one space” living commonly found in New York City, thus the name “Manhattan”. This 475 foot loft has all the functionality of the larger units: a nice sized living room, full bathroom, generous kitchen with Frigidaire appliances (range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher,) and a washer/dryer combo. There’s even a mobile island/cabinet, topped with the same slate-like material as the countertops. The thirteen foot exposed natural wood ceilings, bamboo hardwood, carpet or Marmoleum ® on the floors, wooden beams, spiral ductwork and an abundance of exposed brick on the exterior wall make this apartment special. Assigned, fenced parking spaces (2 per unit) are available. Utilities are metered separately for every unit (electricity and natural gas, water is free). The Manhattan has a partial view of the Dragons’ ballpark. Security is ensured by the card key access system as well as the video/intercom system at the front door. |
